Are you a Crew Lead looking for a clear route into Superintendent-level responsibility, with profit sharing bonus and a company that backs strong leadership on site?

This position is with a growing drilling and foundation contractor, offering day to day responsibility and a clear progression path for someone ready to step up. You'll be trusted to keep work moving, support the Superintendent, and lead from the front.

You'll be leading crews through daily plans, driving safe execution, coordinating materials/equipment activity, and stepping in to run the site.

The Role:

• On-site Crew Lead role supporting drilling/foundation projects in the Columbus area
• Lead daily plans, safety expectations, productivity goals, and jobsite standards
• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

The Person:

• Proven ability to lead crews on a jobsite
• Strong safety leadership with the confidence to stop work when unsafe
• OSHA certification (or willing/able to obtain and maintain OSHA 30)
