In this role, you will form an integral part of the business, maintaining all systems and hardware, from checking and reporting on system status to installing new technology and troubleshooting software. You will operate in a fast-paced, hands-on role, using your knowledge of computer hardware and systems, along with strong customer service skills, to provide timely support to staff and clients.

The Position:

• Install and configure new technology, including hardware, networks, security systems, keycard entry, and applications
• Maintain existing hardware and troubleshoot systems, diagnosing and resolving issues as they arise
• Evaluate, test, and roll out new applications or operating systems company-wide
• Set up employee profiles, emails, access credentials, and support password-related issues
• Run regular security checks and electrical safety tests on all systems and UPS units
• Write reports on the status of company hardware and software

The Person:

• High school diploma or GED, plus 3 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general database/spreadsheet software
• Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, regulated environment
