The Role

• Manage client accounts, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations for HVAC and building automation projects
• Present solutions to clients, including product demonstrations and system overviews
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
• Participate in structured training programs to deepen technical knowledge and improve sales effectiveness

The Candidate

• Proven sales experience, ideally in technical or solutions-based sales
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, mechanical systems, or building automation
• Confident, commercial, and comfortable presenting and negotiating with clients
