In this position you will lead a team of manufacturing engineers to design, implement, and optimize production processes, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and safe manufacturing. Reporting to senior leadership, this role oversees department budgeting, resource allocation, and continuous improvement across core operations. The Position:

• Lead, develop and enhance manufacturing operations for high-quality, market leading products sold globally
• Work closely with the senior management across key improvement projects
• Play a key role in developing new and existing manufacturing processes, lead continuous improvement activities to drive performance, reduce cost and improve efficiency
• A highly autonomous, varied leadership position offering the chance to create a legacy at the flagship location

The Person:

• Manufacturing Engineering Leader
• Degree qualified in either engineering, manufacturing or operations related studies
• Proven track record of improving manufacturing plant performance and efficiency
• Background in either Aerospace, Military, Apparel, Textiles or similar
