Field Service Technician (Full Training)

Home based in or near Newnan, GA

$65,000 - $95,000 + Full Training + Progression + (Overtime + Mileage $10,000 average minimum) + Bonus + Pay reviews + Full Medical + 401K + PTO

Are you technically minded on the tools, mechanically or electrically, and want to move into CNC field service with every bit of training provided, a patch you drive from home and overtime available whenever you want to earn more?

In return you get a fully funded technical training program, work close to home rather than living out of a hotel, and a company with the growth to keep promoting from within.

CNC and machine tool equipment is the sole focus of this business, and they are one of the strongest names for it in the South East. Ongoing expansion means a number of Technicians are needed across the region.

Once you are up and running you will visit customer sites within a 2 hour drive of home, servicing and repairing CNC machinery and machine tools. You will rarely stay away overnight. Your first year includes 6 weeks of manufacturer training in North Carolina, split into single week blocks.

The right person here has a mechanical or electrical background and wants real specialized training, a local territory, overtime to lift their earnings and a long term career in an industry that will always need skilled technicians.

The Role:

• Daily site visits within a 2 hour drive of home
• Servicing and repairing CNC machinery and machine tools
• Fully funded manufacturer training at a dedicated center
• Rarely away overnight, with clear progression

The Person:

• Mechanical or electrical skills
• Background in HVAC, industrial or commercial electrical, diesel or heavy equipment, manufacturing maintenance or field service
• Looking for a Field Service Technician role close to home
• Any CNC, injection molding or machine shop equipment experience is useful
