Are you a Production Manager, Engineering Manager or Quality Manager from automotive manufacturing ready to take the next step into an Operations Manager position?

This is an excellent opportunity to join an international automotive manufacturer, offering broader site-wide leadership, extensive training and development, and genuine progression into future site leadership.

You'll lead a complex automotive manufacturing operation spanning plastic injection molding and assembly, driving KPIs across Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Continuous Improvement while remaining visible and hands-on on the shop floor.

You'll join a highly international and multicultural environment, where building relationships and leading effectively across different cultures is an important part of the role, alongside occasional international travel to other group facilities for training and development.

This is an exciting opportunity to step straight into an Operations Manager role with genuine long-term progression as you grow and develop.

The Role:

• Lead a complex automotive manufacturing operation across plastic injection molding and assembly
• Drive site-wide performance while leading across Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and CI
• Fully on-site, 40 hours per week, typically 8:00am-5:00pm

The Person:

• Production, Engineering or Quality Manager from automotive manufacturing ready to step into Operations
• Strong technical or engineering background with proven hands-on manufacturing leadership experience
• International or cross-cultural experience with the ability to lead and build relationships across different cultures
