$150,000 - $200,000 OTE (Salaired Role with Commission) + Management Progression + Paid Travel + PTO + 401K + Healthcare

Are you a Boiler Sales Engineer looking for a position with a clear progression track into Management? Are you looking for a position with uncapped commission?

On offer is the opportunity to progress into Sales Manager in a position working on specialised equipment with high levels of autonomy and uncapped progression!

In this role you will be in charge of a large territory where you will manage existing sales and build your own pipeline through new business sales, provide quotes, technical support, working across a diverse range of projects.

This role would suit a self-motivated, autonomous, sales engineer with boilers, HVAC systems or combustion equipment experience who is looking to take charge of a large territory and progress into Sales Manager.

- Experienced in Sales for Boilers, HVAC, combustion or equipment experience
