Are you an Electrical Design Engineer with strong Power Electronics experience looking to take ownership of complex projects and work on cutting-edge technology for the mission critical sector?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a 100% employee-owned, specialist manufacturer where you will play a key role in the design and development of custom AC/DC and DC/DC power conversion products.

The company has been designing and manufacturing, providing in-house custom solutions for over 40 years, with all design, manufacturing and testing carried out under one roof.

As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you'll be responsible for analog circuit design, power electronics, PCB schematics, circuit simulation, prototype development, testing and troubleshooting, giving you the opportunity to work across the full product development lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join a growing, employee-owned business, work on technically challenging power electronics projects and make a direct impact on products supporting critical defense applications.

The Role:

• Design and develop AC/DC and DC/DC power conversion products
• Work on analog circuit design including rectifiers, regulators, filters, amplifiers and magnetic components
• Develop and review electrical schematics and PCB designs
• Take projects from initial concept through to production

The Candidate:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology
• Strong experience in Power Electronics / Power Supply Design
• Experience with AC/DC and/or DC/DC power conversion
