Are you a Maintenance Manager with strong people management skills looking to join a fast-growing manufacturing business offering varied projects, career progression and high autonomy?

Do you want the chance to lead a maintenance department investing in brand-new technology and equipment to open a new production line?

In this position, you will effectively lead the maintenance function including technician and a supervisor to develop and implement preventative maintenance programs, enhance technician skillset through training and work cross functionally with engineering across key improvement projects. The role will be heavily involved in new product line launch, whilst communicating standards, expectations and quality effectively. The successful candidate will have a background developing and leading maintenance teams in a food or beverage environment.

The Position:

• Oversee and lead the maintenance department for a fast growing manufacturing business investing in the latest equipment
• Design and implement preventative maintenance programs and lead maintenance across a range of production equipment and machinery
• Work cross functionally with engineering teams across critical improvement projects
• Play a key role in the launch a brand-new production line

The Person:

• Maintenance Manager from a food or beverage background
• Strong people leadership skills and communication
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
