With complex, engineered-to-order projects regularly exceeding $1M, you'll stay close to the engineering, support your team through real technical challenges and play a key role in taking projects from design through to delivery.

The Role:

• Lead, support and develop a small team of Engineers and Service personnel
• Take ownership of and help shape the engineering department
• Provide technical guidance, review drawings and BOMs and solve complex engineering problems
• Report directly to the President while working closely with Production, Service and the wider business

The Person:

• Engineering Manager, Engineering Supervisor, Lead Engineer or similar
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background within machinery, capital equipment or manufacturing
• Strong SolidWorks and AutoCAD experience
• Ambitious, hands-on and excited by the opportunity to lead, influence and progress
