In this position you will lead a team of Maintenance Technicians through effective maintenance programs across the industrial manufacturing equipment and the building facilities. You play a vital role in optimizing maintenance across the plant, skilled at electrical & mechanical troubleshooting, identifying areas for improvement, work cross functionally on engineering projects, oversee parts and work with outside vendors.

The Position:

• Lead Maintenance Technicians through preventative and reactive maintenance to reduce downtime and maximize plant efficiency
• Work cross functionally across a range of maintenance and engineering improvement projects
• Troubleshoot Electrical & Mechanical issues effectively
• Monday - Friday 1st shift with flexibility to operate on call when required
