Are you a hands-on Maintenance Engineer or Technician from an industrial background looking to broaden your experience and step up into management or operations?

On offer is the chance to own reliability and maintenance planning while leading your own projects, in a business flat enough that you'll get exposure right across the plant and a genuine route up, whether that's into management or sideways into operations is your call.

This company is a global market leader with over 100 years behind them and sites across Europe and the US. The structure is flat with short lines of communication, so the work you do gets noticed rather than lost in a hierarchy.

You will be hands-on with mechanical maintenance in the plant, driving reliability improvements, planning the maintenance schedule, and leading projects from start to finish. Monday to Friday days, 7:00am to 4:30pm, with some flexibility around them.

This role would suit a hands-on Maintenance Engineer or Technician from any industrial background looking to broaden their experience and progress.

The Role:

• Hands-on mechanical maintenance within the plant
• Driving reliability improvements and maintenance planning
• Leading maintenance and improvement projects
• Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm, with some flexibility

The Candidate:

• Hands-on, in-plant mechanical maintenance experience
• Any industrial background considered
• No degree required
