Working alongside experienced National Sales Managers, you'll provide technical expertise, develop product documentation, deliver training, and support complex engineering projects from enquiry through to delivery.

You'll become a key technical resource within the business, working across engineering, product development, and commercial teams to deliver innovative solutions across a wide variety of applications.

You will be responsible for supporting the National Sales Managers with technical expertise, developing application documentation and product specifications, delivering technical training, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring customers receive the best possible engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

This role would suit an Applications Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Product Support Engineer, or a technically minded engineer looking to move into a varied, customer-facing technical support position.

The Role:

• Support National Sales Managers with technical expertise and application knowledge
• Develop technical documentation, product specifications, manuals, and support materials
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical training to internal teams and external partners

The Candidate:

• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude with proven troubleshooting ability
• Experience with electrical products, lighting controls, emergency lighting, power systems, or manufactured equipment is advantageous
