In this role, you will lead a domestic engineering team while overseeing remote designers, taking multiple high-frequency products through design reviews and a structured stage-gate process. You will run design review and one-to-one meetings, collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing and sourcing to keep engineering aligned with the product roadmap, and mentor and develop your engineers. As the role grows, you will take on global responsibility, managing teams across multiple regions.

The Role:

• Leading a domestic RF engineering team while overseeing remote designers.
• Taking multiple high-frequency products through design reviews and a structured stage-gate process.

• Mentoring and developing engineers, with a route to managing teams globally.

The Person:

• Strong RF engineering background, ideally with RF interconnect experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with coaxial, microwave, and high-frequency or millimeter wave RF products
