The Role:

• Lead and execute the company's sales growth strategy
• Develop new business opportunities and key customer relationships
• Drive revenue growth across aerospace and industrial markets
• Mentor and develop the sales team

The Candidate:

• Proven leadership experience within technical or manufacturing sales
• Background in aerospace, industrial manufacturing, or engineered products
• Strong track record of winning new business and growing accounts
• Commercially driven with excellent relationship-building skills
