On offer is a pivotal role managing the full design lifecycle of bespoke Medium Voltage solutions, focusing on the intricate controls and complex wiring unique to MV projects. This role would suit a Senior Electrical Design Engineer with a specialist focus on Medium Voltage switchgear and switchboards, looking for greater technical complexity and a fast-track to management.

The Role:

• Leading the design of complex Medium Voltage switchgear, including 2D elevations, section views, and electrical schematics.
• Managing the submittal and approval phase, focusing on intricate controls and advanced wiring systems.
• Receiving specialist training and direct mentorship from VPs and senior leadership via weekly sessions.

The Person:

• Electrical design experience within power distribution (switchgear or switchboards)
• Advanced technical understanding of Medium Voltage controls, complex wiring, and circuitry
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
