This is an excellent opportunity to join an established critical power specialist that supports commercial and industrial customers across South Florida. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for an experienced technician who can lead from the front, provide technical guidance to the service team, and help maintain high standards across customer sites.

In this field based role, you will handle complex diagnostics, servicing, testing, and repairs on generator systems, while also supporting less experienced technicians and helping coordinate work on larger or more technical jobs. You will work across diesel engines, electrical systems, controls, batteries, transfer switches, and related equipment. The position remains hands on but offers clear responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to develop toward supervisory positions.

The Role:
* Lead generator service, fault finding, testing, and repair work across customer sites
* Provide technical support, mentoring, and guidance to junior and mid level technicians
* Act as a senior customer facing representative while helping maintain service quality

The Candidate:
* Experience servicing and troubleshooting commercial or industrial generator systems
* Confident diagnosing mechanical, electrical, controls, and transfer switch faults
* Able to lead by example, support other technicians, and manage demands in field
