This is a hands-on role where you will diagnose, service, maintain, and repair marine diesel and propulsion systems across a range of high-end vessels. You will handle everything from routine maintenance and troubleshooting through to major repairs and engine rebuilds.

You will work alongside experienced technicians while continuing to develop your knowledge of modern marine systems, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as you progress within the business.

The Role:

• Diagnose, service and repair marine diesel and propulsion systems
• Carry out maintenance, fault-finding, major repairs and engine rebuilds
• Work on high-end leisure and commercial marine vessels
• Develop your technical expertise through structured manufacturer and external training

The Candidate:

• Experience within marine mechanical or diesel engineering
• Experience with inboard marine engines and propulsion systems
• Diagnostics, troubleshooting, servicing and repair skills
• Motivated to develop technically and progress into Senior / Lead Technician positions
