Are you a Project Manager from a construction, electrical, low-voltage, or fire protection background, looking to take ownership of high-value commercial projects with an industry-leading organisation?

This is an exciting opportunity to take full responsibility for the delivery of major building systems projects from initial planning through to completion. You'll have the autonomy to manage resources, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and lead project delivery, while benefiting from specialist training and a clear progression route to Master Project Manager.

In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of commercial installation, service, and design-build projects across New York City. Working between the office and project sites, you will manage project schedules, labour, budgets, and productivity, while coordinating closely with Field Service Managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You'll also maintain strong client relationships, oversee project documentation, and provide leadership across multiple live projects.

This role would suit a Project Manager from a construction, electrical, low-voltage, or building systems background, looking for greater autonomy, the opportunity to work on major commercial projects, and a clear pathway into senior leadership.

The Role:

• Overseeing the full lifecycle of commercial installation, service, and build projects.
• Managing labor, costing, and productivity while directing project coordinators and personnel.
• Working with field service managers to resource projects and maintain client relationships.

The Candidate:

• Project management background with estimating and costing experience
• Experience overseeing full project lifecycles and managing client relationships
• Low voltage, electrical, construction, or fire protection background.
