Are you a Production Leader with strong people management skills looking to join a fast-growing manufacturing business offering fast track progression to Plant Manager?

In this position, you will effectively lead production teams and a supervisor to produce high-quality food products. You will be instrumental in developing production processes, enhancing quality, work cross functionally on improvement projects whilst develop teams skills and culture. The successful candidate will be bilingual, English & Spanish speaking, an effective people leader with effective communication skills.

The Position:

• Lead production across a 3-shift production operation for a fast growing business, investing in the latest technology
• Develop and enhance production processes, work cross functionally on critical projects across the business
• Play a key role in communicating division goals and production targets

The Person:

• Production Manager from a food or beverage background
• Strong people leadership skills and communication
• Must be bilingual English & Spanish
