This well established company does a mix of commercial and civil work, spanning multiple industries with constant concurrent project. In this role you will manage multiple projects at once, being the on-site eyes and ears for the company, maintaining look a heads and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience being a heavy civil superintendent.

The Role:

• Oversee and be the on-site manager for projects, being able to read plans
• Manage and develop lookahead schedules and ensure safety standards are met
• Ensure communication is smooth between project managers, clients, sub-contractors and other key stakeholders

The Person:

• Experience as a Superintendent / Senior Superintendent
• Knowledge in the heavy civil industry
• Strong managerial, organizational, communication skills to lead projects from start to finish
