In this exciting opportunity, you will lead daily production across Machining and Assembly, manage teams and resources, drive KPI performance, and implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives. You will focus on improving processes, reducing waste, developing employees, and achieving production, quality, safety, and delivery targets.

The Role:

• Lead daily operations across Machining and Assembly manufacturing departments
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage production schedules, KPIs, employee development, quality, and safety performance

The Person:

• Production Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Production Lead, Manufacturing Supervisor, or similar leadership experience
• Experience driving process improvements in some form of team environment
• Commutable distance to North Mankato, Minnesota
