Are you a Program Manager looking for the opportunity to influence business strategy, work directly with senior leadership, and help shape the future direction of a global service organization?

On offer is a rare opportunity to join a newly formed strategy team within a global leader in the power generation industry. You'll play a key role identifying fleet-wide risks, developing long-term improvement programs, and bringing together engineering, commercial and operations teams to drive strategic initiatives across an installed fleet of critical assets.

In this role you will own strategic programs from initial concept through to implementation planning, defining KPIs, building roadmaps, presenting to senior leadership and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure long-term business objectives are achieved.

This role would suit an experienced Program Manager from power generation, aerospace, defence or another industrial environment looking for a highly visible role with genuine strategic influence.

The Role

• Lead fleet-wide strategic engineering and maintenance programs from concept to implementation
• Define KPIs, governance and long-term roadmaps
• Present recommendations directly to senior leadership
• Coordinate engineering, commercial and operations teams

The Person

• Program Management experience within a related industry
• Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical or similar)
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
