Are you an experienced EHS leader looking to shape safety culture and drive continuous improvement within electrical construction?

On offer is a leadership position where you'll have full ownership of safety strategy, team development, and regulatory compliance while playing a key role in supporting one of the fastest-growing electrical territories in the United States.

In this role, you will lead the EHS department, oversee company-wide safety initiatives, manage compliance programs, and mentor a team responsible for supporting both field and office operations.

This role would suit an EHS Manager from the utility, fiber, oil & gas, infrastructure, or heavy construction sectors who enjoys developing people and leading by influence rather than authority.

The Role

• Leading and developing the EHS team and company safety culture
• Managing OSHA, DOT, NESC, NFPA, and environmental compliance programs
• Conducting investigations, audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

The Person

• EHS leadership experience within utilities, construction, fiber, oil & gas, or infrastructure
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Open to Lead Linemen without EHS experience
