In this role, you'll lead a close-knit team of around 9 Quality professionals, taking genuine ownership of how the department operates.

With major audits approaching, varied work coming through the shop and genuine autonomy to make improvements, this is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Quality leader who wants to make a visible impact.

The Role:

• Lead a close-knit Quality team and take full ownership of the department
• Keep Inspection, CMM and Calibration running smoothly in a busy machine shop
• Solve real technical problems and support the team when decisions need to be made
• Get the department audit-ready and help drive the business through its next phase of growth

The Person:

• Proven Quality leadership experience within Aerospace precision machining
• Strong AS9100 QMS ownership and audit experience
• Technically confident reading blueprints, GD&T and tight-tolerance parts
• Hands-on CMM experience, with programming experience highly beneficial
