Are you a Facilities or Capital Projects professional looking to take ownership of major facility projects, lead complex fit-outs, and become the technical authority for a rapidly scaling manufacturing operation?

On offer is the opportunity to lead a major facility expansion from design through commissioning, gain significant autonomy over capital projects and facility infrastructure, and play a key role in the company's long-term manufacturing growth.

This is a high-growth deep-tech business with a clear expansion strategy, significant recent investment, and plans to substantially increase its workforce over the next 12-18 months. You'll join at a point where you can have genuine influence over how the company's facilities and manufacturing capabilities are built.

On offer is a technical leadership position reporting directly to the VP of Manufacturing. You'll act as the primary technical liaison for architects, general contractors and subcontractors, oversee the fit-out of a new pilot production line and consolidated R&D facility, then transition into ownership of ongoing facilities operations, maintenance strategy and future capital upgrades.

This role would suit a Facilities Engineer, Capital Projects Manager or Construction Project Manager looking for greater technical ownership, significant autonomy, and the opportunity to help build the infrastructure behind next-generation solar manufacturing.

The Candidate

• Proven experience in facilities engineering, capital projects or construction project management within manufacturing, industrial, semiconductor, laboratory or similar environments.
• Proven experience leading a facility fit-out or ground-up build, working directly with architects, general contractors and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, HVAC, fire suppression and process utilities
