In this role, you will play a key part in managing crews, planning and scheduling work and ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently. You will work closely with Project Managers, overseeing production, work plans, purchasing and project requirements while training and developing the team underneath you.

The Role:

*Manage crews and craft across water and wastewater projects
*Plan, schedule and monitor work, production and project progress
*Work closely with Project Managers on work plans, submittals and purchasing
*Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards
*Train and develop team members while receiving ongoing training and development yourself
*Progress into positions of greater responsibility as the company continues to grow

The Person:

*Superintendent, Foreman, Site Supervisor or similar background
*Wastewater, water treatment, construction or facilities experience
*Experience managing crews, planning work and monitoring production
*Looking for long-term progression and career development
