In this role, you'll source and manage labor vendors, negotiate pricing, issue RFQs and POs, and support project teams with workforce planning and subcontractor coordination.

This role would suit someone with experience in procurement and purchasing, looking to progress their career in a company that puts their employees first.

The Role

• Source and manage labor vendors/subcontractors
• Negotiate pricing and contracts
• Handle RFQs, POs, and vendor coordination
• Support workforce planning across projects

The Candidate

• Procurement or purchasing experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience managing vendors or subcontractors
• Construction, industrial, or technical industry background preferred
