$140,000 - $160,000 + Bonus + Management Progression + Paid Travel + PTO + 401K + Healthcare

Are you an industrial Boiler Engineer looking to step up into Service Manager with a clear progression track into General Manager? Are you looking for a technically challenging role for an industry leader?

On offer is the opportunity to step into Service Manager in a position working on specialised equipment with high levels of autonomy and progression into General Manager

In this role you will be in charge of service for a large company where you will be the driving force for the technical and commercial success of an industry leader. You will train and grow the service department with operational oversight. You will work remotely to give technical support and occasionally assist with field service operations.

This role would suit a self-motivated, autonomous, engineer with industrial boiler or combustion equipment experience who is looking to take charge of service and progress into General Manager

- Oversee technical service, team leadership and customer relationships
