Are you an experienced Superintendent with knowledge in the Power or Fiber industry in reference to Heavy Civil trenching?

Are you looking for progression and the ability lead and manage your own team, becoming the go to person for on site construction allowing you to oversee multiple projects and train the next generation?

If so, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Superintendent, who is organized and a natural leader to really put their stamp on the success of the business, with progression to senior on site management and lead the construction division with a hands on approach.

This company specializes in civil construction and trenching for civil projects, underground utilities, power and substations and also telecommunications and fiber lines. With a strong reputation for quality and a strong pipeline of projects, they are investing heavily into both their projects and their people leading to a strong emerging managerial workforce.

In this role you will be spearheading the organization and management of fiber and power construction projects, growing the team and upholding the company's reputation and standards in the area.

This role would suit an experienced and ambitious Superintendent with previous relevant experience, who is looking for long term progression and to be a true leader.

The Role:

• Manage on site field activity for construction projects within the power and fiber division
• Maintain schedules and lookaheads to accurately manage projects
• Ensure that all safety regulations and requirements are met on site

• Construction Superintendent Experience
• Knowledge in the Power and Fiber construction industry
• Someone that wants to learn, progress and lead a team
