Hourly Rate: $20-24/hour

Are you a Manufacturing Technician / Production Operator looking for an immediately available 3-6-month contract with the view to transfer into a direct hire position?

My client is an established manufacturing business with over 50 years of experience producing specialist hydraulic components and systems. They are looking for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn to join their rapidly growing manufacturing team.

This could be an excellent fit for someone from a manufacturing, mechanical, automotive, maintenance, machine shop, production, or skilled trades background who wants to develop their skills within a specialist manufacturing environment.

Full training will be provided, with guaranteed overtime offering excellent additional earning potential and a sign-on bonus upon transferring to a permanent position.

The Role:

• Assemble and test mechanical and hydraulic components using hand and power tools
• Follow manufacturing instructions and processes to produce high-quality components
• Full training provided - previous hydraulic assembly experience is not required
• Guaranteed overtime providing excellent additional earning potential

The Person:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and enjoys hands-on work
• Previous assembly experience is beneficial but not essential
• Ability to read and understand blueprints - or willingness to learn
• Willingness to learn and develop within a specialist manufacturing environment
