The Role:

• Lead and develop a team of production employees
• Oversee production, quality, safety, KPIs and efficiency
• Identify and resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement
• Make quick decisions during breakdowns, quality issues and production changes
• Work closely with maintenance and other departments to keep operations running efficiently
• 2-2-3 rotating night shift pattern (7pm-7am)

The Person:

• High-speed manufacturing background
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on approach with a focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement
• Experience with metal packaging or similar manufacturing is advantageous but not essential
