You will lead the full product development lifecycle, designing and developing bi-directional inverter and battery energy storage systems, solving real-world engineering challenges, and ensuring products perform reliably in the field. This is a highly technical, hands-on position where practical engineering experience is essential.

This role would suit a Product Design and Development Engineer with a strong Power Electronics background who wants to make a significant technical impact today while positioning themselves for executive leadership in the future.

The Role:

• Lead the design and development of high-power inverter and energy conversion products
• Take ownership of products from concept, prototyping, testing, and production release
• Design power conversion systems, battery integration solutions, and embedded control systems
• Perform hands-on hardware development, debugging, validation, and fault diagnosis

The Candidate:

• Strong background in Power Electronics product development
• Experience designing high-power converters, inverters, or battery energy storage systems
• Hands-on experience with PCB design, embedded controls, and power conversion hardware
