In this role, you'll take ownership of multiple masonry restoration projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with clients, subcontractors, field teams, and senior leadership to deliver outstanding results.

The Role

• Lead multiple masonry restoration projects, managing schedules, budgets, quality, and delivery.
• Coordinate clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout each project.
• Oversee projects from preconstruction and planning through completion and closeout.
• Progress into increased leadership responsibilities within a growing and respected Chicago contractor.

The Person

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within masonry, restoration, façade, or related construction.
• Strong technical understanding of masonry, tuckpointing, and façade restoration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Career-focused and motivated to develop within a progressive business.
