The company is an established technical products supplier, working with utility, commercial, and industrial customers. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Technical Sales Representative to their team.

The role is office-based with no travel, supporting customers over the phone and via email. You'll prepare quotations, process orders, provide technical product support, and receive full training on specialist products and their applications.

This role would suit someone with experience in customer service or technical support, who is looking to develop specialist knowledge and build a long-term career.

The Role:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone and email
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders
• Build relationships with customers across a range of industries
• Full technical training on specialist products and applications

The Person:

• Customer service, technical support, inside sales, or similar experience
• CRM or ERP experience
• HVAC, engineering, utility, or other technical industry experience
