Are you an experienced in Purchasing and looking to step up and be the sole induvial responsible for Purchasing? Are you looking to work autonomously in a varied and technically interesting role for a growing business?

On offer is an opportunity to take the technical lead in a growing company, with further progression to oversee purchasing for multiple companies. This company will entrust you with the autonomy to handle purchasing as the single purchasing agent to manage their growing demand.

This award-winning company specialize in facilities maintenance of residential and commercial door equipment for customers in various markets and sectors. Due to continual market dominance and exciting growth plans, they are now seeking a Purchasing Agent to join and build out the department.

In this role you will work independently, handling the sourcing and purchasing of equipment. You will learn fast and cover many aspects of the business with the support to grow your career. You must be able to self direct.

The Role:
- Full ownership of purchasing
- Negotiate pricing, terms and lead times with vendors

The Person:
- Experience in Purchasing
- Background in Construction or Building Materials background
- Someone confident in self directing
