In this role, you will be the technical face of the company's new integrated systems function, travelling to customer sites to commission, troubleshoot, and support increasingly automated equipment. You will resolve communication and integration issues across the product range, support the move toward fully integrated systems, and work remotely from home between visits, handling integration-focused calls with occasional trips to headquarters.

This role is perfect for a technically strong Field Service Technician with an automation and controls background, looking to take a lead role in a growing department with specialist training, strong earning potential through guaranteed overtime, and a genuine path to progress.

The Role:

• Commissioning, troubleshooting, and supporting automated systems at customer sites.
• Resolving communication and integration issues across an expanding automated product range.
• Supporting the company's move toward fully integrated systems.
• Working remotely from home between visits, handling integration-focused support with occasional trips to HQ.

The Person:

• PLC troubleshooting experience
• Mechanical skills with a focus on hydraulics
• Strong electrical experience, ideally including industrial control cabinets
• US Citizen, open to travel, with a valid driving license and passport
