Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in federal, military, commercial construction or energy projects looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company offering progression and professional development?

On offer is the opportunity to take full ownership of major federal and military construction and energy projects from initial award through to closeout. You will be responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, subcontractors, documentation, customer relationships, safety coordination and change management.

This rapidly expanding company is continuing to grow across the federal and energy sectors, providing an excellent opportunity to become a key part of the project management team. You will work alongside engineering, estimating, procurement, finance and senior leadership to deliver high-profile projects while protecting project margins and customer relationships.

The role will allow you to work on a range of projects including federal facilities, military installations, renewable energy and other mission critical infrastructure.

This role would suit an experienced Project Manager looking to take ownership of high-value projects within a growing organization.

The Role:

• Manage federal and military construction/energy projects from kickoff through to closeout, taking ownership of scope, budget, schedule, safety, quality and customer communication.
• Lead subcontractors, engineering, procurement and field teams
• Identify and manage project risks, maintain accurate project controls and forecasts, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The Candidate:

• Construction project management experience, ideally across federal, military, energy, mechanical, infrastructure or design-build projects.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets and change - orders
• Looking for more responsibility and recognition
