In this role, your expertise will prove invaluable to improving production and manufacturing efficiency. This position allows you to take full ownership of CNC and automation processes, working closely alongside cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and engage in technical problem solving to improve production.

This role would suit a CNC Programmer from an industrial background, looking to progress into senior engineering or product management.

The Role:

• Lead technical demonstrations for customers and distributors
• Improve manufacturing efficiency, cost and quality.
• Engage in technical problem solving and develop documentation for process improvement.

The Candidate:

• Strong experience in CNC programming and machining.
• Industrial manufacturing or machine shop background.
• CMM, CAM and G- Code Experience.
