Are you a mechanically or electrically skilled technician looking to start a long-term career in CNC field service with full manufacturer training, excellent earning potential and clear progression?

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the largest machine-tool distributors in the Southeast. The company is continuing to expand and is looking for Field Service Technicians to support its growing customer base.

In this home-based role, you will travel to customer sites within approximately two hours of your home to install, service and maintain CNC machines and machine-tool equipment. Overnight stays are rare, and mileage is paid from the moment you leave home until you return.

You will receive extensive manufacturer training in North Carolina, delivered in one-week blocks over your first year, alongside hands-on mentoring from an experienced Field Service Engineer.

This role would suit someone with mechanical or electrical experience who is looking for specialised CNC training, a local territory, strong overtime potential and long-term progression into senior technical, specialist, management or sales positions.

The Role:

• Travel to customer sites within approximately two hours of your home
• Service, repair, maintain and install CNC machines and machine-tool equipment
• Receive structured manufacturer training and support from experienced engineers
• Benefit from rare overnight stays, overtime, paid mileage and clear progression

The Person:

• Mechanical or electrical maintenance experience
• Background in HVAC, diesel, heavy equipment, industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance or field service
• Ideally experienced with CNC, injection-molding or machine-shop equipment
• Looking for a stable, long-term field-service career with full training
