As a Business Development Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working alongside technical SMEs to deliver tailored engineering solutions.

This position suits a commercially minded sales professional with experience selling technical or engineering services into the oil & gas, refining, LNG, or chemical industries.

The Role

• Manage and grow existing client accounts while developing new business opportunities.
• Meet with clients to understand technical requirements and scope engineering solutions.
• Prepare proposals and commercial quotations alongside technical teams.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Travel up to 30% across North America.

The Candidate

• Experience in technical sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience selling engineering or technical services into the oil & gas or chemical industries.
• Hunter mentality with strong relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently
• Degree preferred but not essential.
