They are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to bridge the gap between design and production while scaling a talented, multi-disciplinary team performance.

This fast-growing manufacturing business is investing heavily in new technology, equipment and brand-new facilities to continue dominating their market. They are seeking an Engineering Manager to own the design to production processes, leading a multi-skilled team from designers, CNC programmers to industrial engineers to create market leading, high quality products for world leading customers. On offer is a high level of autonomy working with senior leadership to enhance the engineering function, playing a vital role in taking the business to the next level.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading engineering teams in a sheet metal, fabrication or machining environment, hold an Engineering Degree with experience in Solidworks.

The Position:

• Operate in a hands of capacity to lead a team through the design and manufacture of market leading products for industry leading customers
• Work cross-functionally industrial engineers, designers, CNC programmers and senior leaders across the design, development and manufacture of custom products
• High level of autonomy and technical challenge as you embark on enhancing new and existing processes

The Person:

• Engineering Manager with an Engineering Degree
• A background in machining, sheet metal or fabrication
• Solidworks design skills
• Proven leader with a hands on attitude
